Payment
* I accept payment by Paypal only :)
* I do not ship items until the cheque has cleared, which naturally delays delivery a bit. I'll get in touch to let you when I have received your payment and when I have shipped it.
* If your postal order or cheque has not been arrived within seven working days of purchase, your order will be cancelled.
* Please get in touch cheque may be delayed or if you cannot get to the post office yourself for unexpected reasons, in special circumstances I can hold onto your item for longer.
* Payment is due at the time of purchase, if for unforeseen reasons you can't pay immediately after purchase, please send me a convo or email me to let me know and I may be able to reserve the item for you until you can make the payment.
* If I do not receive payment within a day after purchase and you have not gotten in touch with me as described above, I will have to cancel the transaction. I'm a reasonable gal though, so please don't worry about getting in touch :)

Shipping
* I ship nationally and internationally by Urgent Air-mail. Items are shipped within two business days after payment.
* Shipping usually takes 1 to 2 days in Spain and 1 to 10 days to the Europe and other long distance destinations, depending on customs, but if your parcel has not arrived within four weeks after notification of delivery, please get in touch ASAP and we'll figure it out!
* Depending on your country of residence, you may also need to pay customs, duties or taxes on your purchase.
* I will ship to your Paypal address, please note that if your Etsy address differs, I will send you a convo to confirm which address you want me to deliver to, which may delay shipping of your item if I don't hear back from you within the two days. If after 48 hours I don't hear back from you I will ship to the Paypal address provided.
* If your purchase is a gift for someone and you would like me to post it directly to their door as a surprise, get in touch via a convo and we'll arrange it. I can also gift wrap it for you for no extra charge, just ask!
* If you would like to have your item insured and tracked, please send me a convo and I can determine the price and set up a custom listing for your requirements! Any extra cost of shipping this way is paid by the buyer. Once shipped, I will convo you with your tracking number.
* Sometimes I recycle packaging materials, if you would prefer I didn't for your order, please send me a message or email and I will only use new materials.

Refunds and Exchanges
* I take great care in making, packaging and shipping my items, but if after receiving an item you are not 100% satisfied, or it isn't as described, you have seven days to contact me either on Etsy or by email (socontosomeoso@gmail.com) with your complaints.
* If possible, I am happy to refund or exchange your item if it is not as described on arrival. To do this I need to have the item shipped back to me first in it's original protective packaging. Hopefully this won't need to happen, I really want all my customers to be very happy with their new treasures, and I will do my absolute best to make sure you are! Please get in touch if you have any concerns or questions, I'd be happy to clarify things for you
* Refunds are accepted only in the event of misrepresentation, or when agreed on by both parties. Exchanges can be arranged - in the case of exchange, the buyer is responsible for postage to and from seller.
